NATALIE PAPILLION FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Natalie Papillion is a strategist, organizer and policy expert who currently serves as the Executive Director of The Equity Organization, a not-for-profit organization she founded that works to advance just, equitable and effective drug policies and criminal justice reforms.

Natalie currently sits on the board of The Last Prisoner Project and Second Chance Studios. Papillion also works as a writer, researcher and curator for both academic and mass-market publications, including her forthcoming history “Reefer Madness: The Roots of Drug Prohibition in America”.

Prior to her role at The Equity Organization, Natalie worked in the business sector, where she held various strategy, marketing and operations leadership roles at places like Google and Rent the Runway. She is a graduate of Yale University.
